Youth Fusion is an award-winning non-profit organization that aims to empower youth, create an engaging school environment, reduce absenteeism and increase academic success. The Organization sends university students and graduates to work as project coordinators in designated schools, 30 hours per week, from September to June. In order to lower dropout rates and create closer links between training and employment, Youth Fusion focuses on experiential learning by implementing innovative pedagogical projects in various fields, including robotics, video game creation, movie creation, leadership and healthy living or science and outdoor activities. There were 33 project coordinators attending the training.

> LaSalle College, Montreal - February 18, 2015
The opportunity to address first year special care counselling students at LaSalle College was truly inspiring! The professor of this course encourages her students to hear firsthand about what it is truly like to work with different types of clientele, and these students had expressed a great deal of interest in meeting someone working in the field of bereavement and loss. Following my talk, these marvelous and extremely motivated students had an abundance of questions about working with patients who may be dying, or with the families of those who have died. The entire 3-hour workshop was very stimulating and thought-provoking, and seemingly passed in no time! Furthermore, three of the students decided to take the training I provide for Good Grief volunteers, and became part of the wonderful volunteer team at the last Good Grief Workshop for Children and Adolescents, held held at Selwyn House School on Saturday, April 25, 2015.
