LGBTQ+ GRIEF, LOSS & BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT
Compassionate, affirming, and non-judgmental support that respects your identity, relationships, experiences, and individual journey
through grief and loss.

Picture
I offer compassionate individual, couple, and family counselling for members of the LGBTQ+ community at all stages of life. I recognize that many individuals may face unique emotional, social, and relational challenges connected to identity, acceptance, transition, loss, grief, family dynamics, discrimination, and belonging.
With sensitivity and respect for the experiences of transgender and gender-diverse individuals — including those who are exploring, transitioning, or living post-transition — I provide support around the many forms of loss, change, and emotional adjustment that can arise throughout life.
I understand that homophobia, transphobia, prejudice, cultural stereotyping, rejection, and social isolation can profoundly affect emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental space where individuals are free to explore their identity, feelings, relationships, grief, and life experiences openly and authentically.
Every person deserves to be heard, respected, and supported with dignity, empathy, and genuine care.
