Reaching out for help after a loss can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already carrying so much emotional pain. Please know that you do not have to go through grief alone.
Please do not hesitate to contact me at any time to arrange an appointment or to ask any questions you may have. My practice is based in Montreal, but I am also very glad to meet with clients virtually through Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or other online platforms. Many people find virtual sessions comforting and convenient, allowing them to receive support from the privacy and familiarity of their own home.
My goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care in a manner that feels most comfortable, accessible, and supportive for you. Grief is deeply personal, and there is no single “right” way to mourn. Whether your loss is recent or many years in the past, you will be met with empathy, respect, and understanding — never judgment or pressure to “move on.”
I also understand that meaningful counselling should never feel rushed. For that reason, I always provide my clients with a full hour for each session — not the shortened 45–50 minute hour that is so common in many practices. I believe people deserve the time and space needed to speak openly, feel heard, and explore their grief at their own pace.

Receipts are provided for all sessions. In many cases, these receipts are accepted for reimbursement by insurance companies and may also be used as medical expense receipts for income tax purposes. As insurance coverage can vary, clients are encouraged to verify details with their individual provider.

Wherever you may be on your grief journey, help and support are available. I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
