✓ Full 60-Minute Sessions — I believe grief counselling should never feel rushed. Every session is a full hour, giving you the time and space to be heard and supported at your own pace.
✓ Compassionate, Individualized Care -- Your grief is unique, and your care will be too.
✓ Accessible — Insurance receipts are provided and are accepted by many health insurance plans. Receipts may also be used for income tax purposes. Sliding-scale fees are available because I believe financial concerns should never prevent someone from receiving support.

For more than twenty years, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals navigate grief and loss with compassion, understanding, and hope.
My work has included counselling, education, support groups, workshops, and community outreach. I have had the privilege of supporting people facing the death of a loved one, serious illness, caregiving, and many of life's most difficult transitions.

Every grief counsellor brings both professional training and a personal story to this work. If you would like to learn more about the experiences that shaped my path, I invite you to read About Natalie and Why I Do This Work.
